INFLUENCE AT FINSBURY PARK STATION

Growing up in North London, I'd often get the tube with my mum, changing at Finsbury Park on the Piccadilly line to get onto the Victoria Line. The platform wall opposite has mosaics of hot air balloons running along it and when I'd get home I'd draw my own hot air balloons and my own patterns to go in it. I still love those mosaics now and think they've had a large influence on me, shaping the design and illustration I do now.
